Overview
The Royal Dutch Touring Club ANWB offers a wide range of services related to roadside assistance and medical and repatriation assistance abroad, legal assistance, travel, information products, insurances, selling travel related products and many other products and services in the areas of recreation, tourism and mobility. Furthermore, the ANWB is active in lobbying in the fields of driving, mobility, travel and recreation.

Result
  • Shape and implement the ANWB Innovation process, within the business organization
  • Lead and facilitate the RACE Innovation Process for various business teams around topics like; Connected Car, Digital Communities and Onboarding.
    Design an deliver the building blocks for the RACE programs (e.g. templates, training material etc)
Innovation Coach
12 week RACE Innovation Process
As Innovation Coach I organise and facilitate creative sessions based on the RACE Innovation method of the ANWB for various business teams.

My role is to take the teams by the hand and coaching internal and external participants through the innovation process of the ANWB. In this process we applied various design thinking methodologies and activities, such as Journey Mapping, Interviews, Prototyping and Testing.
